Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the odoo-sh.de platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

odoo-sh.de provides managed Odoo hosting, including deployment, scaling, backups, and maintenance of Odoo instances on a subscription basis.

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any activity that compromises the security, integrity, or availability of the Service, including but not limited to: unauthorized access, penetration testing without prior written consent, denial-of-service attacks, introducing malware, or any form of hacking or reverse engineering. Violations will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

4. User Obligations

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Payment & Billing

Services are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis as selected at checkout. All payments are processed securely via Paddle. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy.

7. Service Level

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to suspend access for maintenance, security, or terms violations with reasonable notice where possible.

8. Data & Privacy

Your data handling is described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you upload to your instances.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, odoo-sh.de shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Renewal & Data Deletion

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. If renewal payment fails or is not processed, your instances will be suspended immediately. After 3 days of non-renewal, we reserve the right to permanently delete all associated data, including databases, files, and backups, without further notice. It is your responsibility to ensure timely payment and to maintain backups of critical data.

11. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, including any prohibited activities outlined in Section 3. Upon termination for violation, all data will be deleted immediately with no grace period.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
