30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service. This applies to the first subscription term only.
Subsequent Payments
Renewal payments (monthly or yearly) are generally non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, the Service will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused time.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us at support@odoo-sh.de with your account email and reason for the request. We will process refunds within 5-10 business days.
Exceptions
Refund requests made after 30 days, or for accounts terminated due to terms violation, are not eligible.
