We collect information you provide when creating an account: email address, name, and billing information (processed by Paddle, not stored by us). We also collect usage data such as instance configuration, domain, and deployment logs.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve the Service; process payments; send service-related communications; and comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your instance data is stored on our servers in secure data centers. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission is 100% secure.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Paddle for payment processing. Paddle handles your payment information according to their own privacy policy. We also use GitHub for repository integration if you connect your account.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon cancellation, data is retained for a grace period before permanent deletion. Backups may persist for up to 30 days after deletion.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. No tracking cookies are used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
